SHIPPING POLICY
Love From One encourages customers to read our shipping policy before placing an order.
All orders ship free of standard shipping fees. In some circumstances with remote locations, additional shipping charges may apply after the time of purchase, when your order is being fulfilled.
Shipping & Delivery time:
Subscription boxes are sent in January, April, July and October and will ship on the 5th of the month (or the next business day should the 5th fall on a weekend or holiday).
Birthday, Thinking of You and Sponsor a Senior boxes will ship within 7-10 days of ordering unless otherwise stated. Holiday boxes will ship on the 5th of the month the holiday falls in.
Delivery will be approximately 2-10 business days on average dependent on recipient location. Courier's delivery times can be delayed due to high volume orders, holidays, weather etc. and unfortunately are out of our control. Our boxes are shipped in perfect condition however due to third party handling may be damaged upon arrival.
*Note: at this time couriers are experiencing shipping delays. We will continue shipping boxes in a timely manner however know that typical shipment delivery times may be affected. Many facilities are also quarantining incoming packages at this time which may also delay your shipment.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Love From One does not accept requests for returns or exchanges. If one of your products was damaged in shipping please notify us at contact@lovefromone.com
Subscription cancellations can be done at any time by completing the form HERE. Please allow up to 45 days from the date of cancellation to stop receiving products. Gift boxes renew based on the date that you made your original purchase. This means you may be charged for & sent a box even after you have cancelled.
